How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Does CRAFTD jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewelry. If your piece fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free, no questions asked.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
